Ashland partnership, Pinstripes & Kaela Mcmullin

  Current Events  On October 27th, Hiram College and Ashland University joined forces to offer an accelerated program where undergrad students can take pre-requisites and some classes that count toward a master's degree at a discounted rate. This is an amazing program that will greatly benefit students who participate because it will jumpstart the progression of a masters degree. Study Away, Pinstripes & JoRee Ybarra

  Current Events  On October 26th at noon in the Forum Room of East Hall, there will be a meeting about the Study Away trip  to Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown, and Charlotte  during the 3-week of Spring 2022. Details such as the schedule outline, cost, and requirements will be discussed. If you would like to attend the Study Away but can not make the meeting, please email David Strukel at strukeldm@hiram.edu. On October 28th, Entrepreneurship minors will have the opportunity to attend a networking event at Pinstripes in Beachwood. Pinstripes is a great atmosphere that has food, drinks, bowling, and bocce. Students can go for free and transportation is provided. Pinstripes is a great time to network with other students, faculty, and mentors. HPP, Big Announcement & Bill Childers

  Current Events  The High Performance Program has been off to a great start! Participating students have been meeting weekly for Toastmasters and improving their public speaking and communication skills. Additionally, the students recently had a meeting where they discussed a number of topics such as dealing with adversity and how to properly take an objection. CIAP, Declan Ange & Trevor Capiccioni

  Current Events       On October 7th, Hiram students had the opportunity to attend the first Entrepreneurship speaker series and listen to guest speaker, Carlton Dean III. We thank Carlton for sharing his entrepreneurial story and sharing great advice with those who attended. Additionally, be sure to check out  The Commons Innovation Accelerator Program . The program is for students of all majors and can be used to supplement Hiram's programming, coursework, and even provide micro-internship opportunities all at no cost to students.
