Burton D. Morgan Foundation Visit:

On April 21, the Entrepreneurship class took a visit to The Burton D. Morgan Foundation in Hudson, Ohio. The class was greeted by the President and CEO, Deborah Hoover and Senior Program Officer, Angela Evans. They both had a welcoming spirit and gave an amazing presentation about their foundation. 

The Burton D. Morgan Foundation is an amazing resource for entrepreneurs of all ages and works closely with Hiram College. The foundation supports entrepreneurship programs such as idea competitions, ARCHangels, and Bounce



Trip to Penske:

On April 22, the Entrepreneurship class took a trip to Penske in Oakland, Ohio to meet the management team and learn more about available careers through their Management Trainee Program. The class also toured the facility and learned about their daily business operations. 


Student Spotlight- Brennan Cain:

Brennan is a Hiram sophomore from North Olmsted and is majoring in Integrated Exercise Science and minoring in Entrepreneurship. He is a member of the Hiram Men's Baseball Team and works in the Coleman Center. Brennan's favorite experience from the entrepreneurship program was the IdeaBuild. Post graduation, Brennan hopes to own his own gym.
